Jack Ciattarelli, the frontrunner for the Republican nomination for governor, on Wednesday launched his first set of TV ads, introducing himself to voters while also criticizing Gov. Phil Murphy’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic within New Jersey nursing and veteran homes.
