Jack Ciattarelli to unveil second run for governor next week in Raritan Borough

RARITAN BOROUGH – Jack Ciattarelli, who began his political career on the borough council here in 1989, will return to the borough next week to launch his second campaign for governor.

Ciattarelli, now a Hillsborough resident, will make the official announcement at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at John F. Kennedy School on Woodmere Street.

Ciattarelli, who has been crisscrossing the state for months visiting with local Republican organizations, also served as a Somerset County freeholder and a member of the state Assembly.

Ciattarelli ran unsuccessfully for the Republican nomination for governor in 2017 when Chris Christie left office because of term limits.
